Ordering and timing
How far ahead should I order?
Boxes of 9 and 16 pralines are always in stock. Custom orders and chocolate figures need at least 72 hours' notice. For New Year and corporate gifts, order in November, before the December rush: December is the busiest month in the workshop.
Is there a minimum for custom orders?
Yes. Custom orders start from 30 pieces.
How do I order?
Message us on WhatsApp, call +389 71 234 344 or fill in the enquiry form with the occasion and the date.
How far ahead should I order for a christening?
At least 72 hours. If you need more than 10 boxes or special colours, get in touch one to two weeks ahead.
How many pralines do we need for a wedding?
Usually one small box per family, or two to four pralines per guest. Tell us the number of guests and we will suggest a quantity. See wedding pralines.

Delivery and collection
Do you deliver outside Prilep?
Yes. We deliver to every city in North Macedonia, including Skopje, Bitola, Ohrid, Kumanovo, Veles, Štip, Tetovo, Strumica, Kavadarci and Gostivar. Ready-made boxes of 9 and 16 pralines arrive in 1 day.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free across North Macedonia for orders of 10 boxes or more. Orders under 10 boxes are collected in Prilep, and we send you the pickup details after you order. See delivery.
Where is the workshop?
Our workshop is in Prilep. It has no shop front, so we arrange the pickup time and place with you by phone or WhatsApp on +389 71 234 344.

Corporate gifts
Can the box carry our company name or the name of the person celebrating?
Yes. Every box can carry a card with your company name or another name. Tell us the text when you order. See our corporate chocolate gifts.
When should we order corporate New Year gifts?

Boxes and pralines
Which boxes do you have and how much do they cost?
Box of 9 pralines: 600 MKD. Box of 16 pralines: 900 MKD. Both are always in stock. See the catalogue.
Pralines or bonbons?
In North Macedonia the word “bonbons” is often used for all boxed chocolates. Our bonbons are in fact pralines: a thin shell of tempered chocolate with a soft ganache, gianduja or caramel filling.
Can I order a figure in a special colour?
Yes, chocolate figures are coloured to order. Tell us the colours when you order.
Care
Storing chocolate
How should I store the chocolate?
Pralines keep best at 18 °C or below. When your parcel arrives, put it somewhere cool straight away.
How long do pralines keep?
Pralines are best within 4 to 6 weeks of purchase, and unfilled figures within 3 months.

Can I return an order?
