The house
Artistic and scientific. A praline is a small piece of engineering that happens to taste of raspberries.
Each shell is painted by hand, then cast in tempered chocolate. A small workshop in Prilep. Pralines, bonbons and figures, made to be given.
Coloured cocoa butter, tempered couverture, a thin shell and a soft centre.
The mould is where every praline starts, and where most of the work happens.
The making
Four days from an empty mould to a finished praline.
- 01 The colour The mould is polished and painted with coloured cocoa butter, by brush or airbrush.
- 02 The shell Tempered chocolate is cast, tapped to release the air, turned over and scraped.
- 03 The filling Ganache is piped in warm and rested overnight so it settles and firms.
- 04 Out of the mould The base is sealed, and the next morning the praline releases on its own.

Figures
Chicks, bears and mini bears. For the celebrations with children in the room.
Twenty-two figures, from 17 g to half a kilo, solid or hollow and coloured to order. Ask early for Easter and the end of the year.
Corporate and events
A box with your name inside it.
Boxes for clients, weddings, openings and the end of the year. Choose the fillings, the colours of the shells and the card. Delivery is free anywhere in North Macedonia on ten boxes or more.
For events, the figures and the boxes are made to the theme of the day.
